Elderberry

Our berries are carefully selected, harvested at the peak of ripeness and carefully sorted to ensure the appropriate quality.
Before freezing, the elderberries undergo several stages of processing: sorting, cleaning from impurities (leaves, stems, etc.). We process our berries in accordance with European and international standards as well as requirements.
Elderberries are harvested in ecologically clean regions with favourable climate and fertile soils. Each batch is subject to laboratory control, which confirms the safety of our products.
