Bilberry

Discover the bright taste of Ukrainian frozen bilberries, harvested in picturesque, ecological regions of Ukraine. With IQF freezing, they keep their natural taste and nutritional properties of fresh berries. Our berries are carefully selected, picked at the peak of ripeness and thoroughly sorted to ensure the highest quality.
Before freezing, bilberries undergo several stages of processing: sorting, cleaning of impurities (leaves, stems, etc.). Then they are sent to an individual quick freezing (IQF) line, where each berry is frozen separately, which prevents them from sticking together. We process our berries in accordance with European and international standards as well as requirements.
Blueberries are harvested in ecologically clean forests with a favourable climate and fertile soils. Each batch undergoes laboratory testing to confirm the safety of our products.
