Before freezing, currants undergo several stages of processing: sorting, cleaning from impurities (leaves, stalks, etc.). We process our berries in accordance with European and international standards as well as requirements.
Our currants are grown in environmentally friendly regions with favourable climate, fertile soils and many years of experience in berry growing. Each batch is subject to laboratory control, which confirms the safety of our products.
